  • Mercer (A Marsh McLennan Company) – Led a team of five at an MD level in a contract role for EY on a detailed global data retention & disposition project to define risk and next steps for the organization, as well as outlined specific next projects for the firm to pursue

  • Jefferson Health – Led a team of four at an MD level in a contract role for EY delivering & delivering a project focused on needs of patients, and the overall approach at the medical facilities both acute care and in patient.  With a team of four developed tabletop virtual exercise for the CPO to utilize in further defining its data privacy focus

  • American Express – Participated at an MD level in a contract role for EY an overview of data privacy at American Express in a newly created privacy center of excellence focused on global legislation that American Express must address to further execute on its brand growth

  • Nike – Lead a team of four co-developed an executable framework for Nike to understand and leverage the exceptional consumer trust of Nike

  • eBay – Developed initial data privacy & ethics program and developed polices and starts for customer, employee & partner data

  • PayPal – Performed M&A strategy for acquisition by eBay

  • HP- Owned global strategy for employee and customer data in differentiating geographic locations while influencing & educating “C” suite need for long term investment

  • Compaq / HP – Influential in developing policy program for customer, shareholder, employee and vendor data during one of the most heated proxy fights in US history

  • Levi Strauss & Co. – Developed standards used by internal audit, corporate security & privacy globally

  • Johnson & Johnson (J&J) – Along with human capital, and all J&J Brands developed the first privacy office, as well as worked cross organization to influence “C” suite on ongoing need for brand and shareholder protection

  • JetBlue – Worked with both David Neeleman (Founder) and outside counsel Holland & Knight, addressed massive data breach, developed reports to government    agencies, internal stakeholders and protected the young airline from reputation impacts

  • Google (Pre-IPO) - Managed & built what was the original market facing privacy policies that over time have become industry standards

  • Cisco – Partnered with internal audit to report on compliance with data policies set in place by the general counsel and board and partnered with “C” suite executives

  • Apple – Along with internal audit and legal developed, internally sold, and implemented standards that defined the organizations commitment to consumer choice

  • McKesson – Working with the general counsel’s office, assisted in the development of the data privacy office, policies, procedures, and M&A issues related to healthcare PII
